These terms cover your use of Long Shot Daily at longshotdaily.com. By playing or creating an account, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
A free trivia game, not gambling
Long Shot Daily is free to play, for entertainment only. The odds, "payouts" and betting terms are a scoring theme. No money is wagered, won or paid out, and nothing on the site is betting advice.
Who can play
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. Anyone can play without one.
Your account
- Give accurate information and keep your password to yourself. You're responsible for activity on your account.
- Usernames can't impersonate someone else or be offensive. We may change or remove usernames that break this rule.
- You can ask us to delete your account at any time. See the Privacy Policy.
Fair play
Don't use bots or scripts to play, scrape the answer lists, overload the site, or try to get into other players' accounts. We may suspend accounts that do.
Trivia content
Answer lists and tiers are put together by hand and reflect our best estimate of how common each answer is. They may contain mistakes or miss valid answers, and scores can change if we fix them.
Team, league, player and event names are used only to refer to them in trivia questions. Long Shot Daily isn't affiliated with or endorsed by any league, team, player or governing body, and their trademarks belong to their owners.
No warranty
The site is provided as is. We try to keep it running and your results saved, but we can't promise it will always be available or error-free, and we may change or end features at any time.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Long Shot Daily isn't liable for any indirect or consequential damages, or for lost data, from your use of the site. Because the game is free, our total liability is limited to zero dollars.
Changes
We may update these terms. If the changes are significant, we'll note them on the site. Continuing to play after an update means you accept the new terms.
